I heard about UFCU from the buyer of the home I was selling. Even though it was only a week from closing, and I was already approved for mortgage funding from another bank, I called UFCU to get more information. My representative, Tom, kept in close communication with me, and UFCU gave me a considerably lower rate and closed my loan within 2 weeks. I’m in a service-related field, so I believe it’s all about the customer, and I get the same level of service from UFCU no matter what, from the mortgage folks to the people at my local branch. UFCU representatives are great at doing what they say they’re going to do.
