How can I verify that the survey is legitimate and not a fraud attempt?

Use any or all of the following methods to verify the legitimacy of your survey:

• The email address is from: [email protected]
• The email includes UFCU contact information: “Should you have any questions or concerns about the authenticity of this email, please contact us at Austin (512) 467-8080, Galveston, (409) 797-3300, US Toll-Free (800) 252-8311 or [email protected].”
• The invitation is from: Yung V. Tran, Executive Vice President

Who is sending these survey invitations?

All member survey invitations are sent on behalf of UFCU by Satmetrix Systems. Your information is used by Satmetrix for survey purposes only.

Is my information secure?

UFCU is very protective of your private information. Your survey responses are secure, and you are not asked to provide any personal or account information.

What if I do not want to receive any survey invitations?

If you do not wish to receive member surveys, simply click the Opt-Out link in the survey invitation.

How will this feedback be used?

Your feedback provides us with valuable information to identify areas where we can better serve you and enhance your UFCU experience.
