UFCU Names David Kies to Lead New Southpark Meadows Branch

Austin, TEXAS, February 10, 2020 — UFCU^®, Austin’s largest locally-owned financial institution, has named David Kies to manage its newest branch located in Southpark Meadows. The branch, at 301 W Slaughter Lane, opens in February.

In his new position, Kies will help UFCU further establish and deepen business and Member relationships and provide exceptional service to the Southpark Meadows community.

Kies brings 13 years of experience with UFCU to his new position. He joined UFCU in 2006 as a teller, and since has been promoted to financial services representative, assistant branch manager, and most recently, branch manager for the South MoPac branch. There, he improved Member satisfaction and was awarded in 2019 for stellar branch performance. His extensive experience in the financial services industry and serving the UFCU membership makes him ideally suited for his new role.
