You Have Our Attention
You can always visit your preferred branch for transactions and banking services, financial advice, or when you need a little help.
To minimize your lobby wait time, set an appointment ahead of time — no phone call needed.
Interested in safe deposit boxes or coin counting machines? Explore our list of UFCU locations. Be sure and check that the service you want is listed under Available Services before you head our way!
Planning to travel, and want access to your accounts while you’re away? Your UFCU membership grants you access to the National Shared Branch Network, so you can conduct your UFCU business at other credit unions that belong to this network. You also can take advantage of fee-free ATMS within the ATM Alliance or use an ATM at any shared branch locations (for a fee).
Make an appointment prior to visiting a branch lobby and reduce your lobby wait time at appointments.UFCU.org.
At appointments.UFCU.org, select from a list of transactions for which appointments are offered. These include opening accounts, applying for credit or a mortgage, and changing account ownership. If your transaction is not listed there, please visit us without an appointment.
Keep in mind:
- Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.
- Your appointment cannot be guaranteed if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the start time.
- The activities of branch representatives will not be interrupted upon your arrival, and you may need to wait or reschedule if they remain unavailable.
- You can change your appointment by accessing your confirmation email from us. If you did not receive our email, please check your spam folder.
- Face masks are encouraged in UFCU branch lobbies. Please stay home if you feel unwell.
When you’ve confirmed that the branch has a drive-thru, visit the drive-thru and use any of our 24/7 ATMs that accept cash and check deposits. All our branch location ATMs also offer multiple denominations for cash withdrawals. If you’re looking for a Drive-Thru with Tellers, please reference the Tellers column as well.
When you’ve confirmed that the branch has tellers, just visit the branch and we’ll be happy to help. Please be sure to bring your driver’s license or another form of ID.
